1. Order status: Orders must be in a pending or unshipped paid status before they can be cancelled. The order cannot be cancelled once the order has been shipped, but the item can be returned for a refund based on the terms stated in our return and exchange policy.

III. Cancellation process
1. If you wish to cancel your order, please send a cancellation request to our customer service via the contact details on our website.
2. Please provide your order number and reason for cancellation.
3. Our customer service team will verify the status of your order, and confirm whether it can be cancelled.
4. Handling of cancellation request: Once it is confirmed that your order meets the cancellation terms, we will process the order cancellation and a refund will be issued as soon as possible.

IV. Refund policy
1. A full refund will be issued after your order has been cancelled. 
2. Please allow at least 3 working days for the refund to be processed after the order has been cancelled. However, the specific time frame also depends on the bank’s processing time.

V. Additional notes
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled. However, you can return the item and seek a refund in accordance with our return and exchange policy.
