JKLY Warranty
I. Warranty period
Our products come with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. We will provide free repair or replacement of product for performance issues caused by manufacturing defects during the warranty period.
II. Scope of warranty
1. Manufacturing defects: Including but not limited to performance failures caused by defective materials, design, and workmanship.
III. Warranty exclusions
1. Human negligence or misuse: Including but not limited to damage caused by improper use, accidents, abuse, unauthorized disassembly and repair.
2. Normal wear and tear: Surface scratches and discoloration caused by daily use.
3. Damage of accessories: Damage to the charging cable, packaging box and other accessories included in the box.
IV. Warranty claim process
1. Contact customer service: Please provide your purchase order number and describe the issue to our after-sales service support.
2. Provide proof: Photos of the damaged product
3. Wait for outcome of warranty claim: Our customer service team will review and respond to your warranty claim as soon as possible.
4. Repair or replacement: We will arrange free repair or replacement of faulty products covered by the warranty.
V. Additional notes
1. The warranty does not cover damage caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters, war and other unforeseen circumstances.
2. This warranty policy only applies to products purchased on this website. Rings bought through other sales channels are not eligible for this warranty policy.
