1. You may return or exchange a fully functional and undamaged ring within 30 days of receipt, and a refund claim may be made.
2. Number of returns and exchanges: Only one return or exchange is allowed for each item in the same order.
III. Return and exchange process

2. Please provide your order number, reason for return or exchange, and information about the product you wish to exchange.
3. Time limit of product return: You should send the item to our designated location within 3 days of receiving our confirmation for return and exchange. Items returned to us without seeking our confirmation beforehand will not be accepted.
4. Please make sure the product is in its original condition, including the packaging and all accessories. You must also return the invoice (if applicable).
5. For returns without valid reasons or due to the size and color, the return shipping fees will be borne by the buyer. The seller is responsible for covering the return shipping costs for items with quality issues.
6. Handling of returns and exchanges: We will determine whether the returned item has damaged and missing parts. Upon confirmation, we will process a refund as soon as possible, or send a replacement.
7. If there is a price change in the exchanged item, the price difference should be based on the actual amount paid for the item, or JKLY will refund the difference in cost.
8. The delivery of the replacement shall be subject to stock availability at our overseas warehouse.
